Loree Ovens

Loree Ovens is a Toronto artist who is a Sheridan College graduate and an alumna of the Harbourfront Craft Studio. After a life-changing car accident, she returned to school and graduated in 2008 with a BFA in Printmaking from the Ontario College of Art and Design. Over the years, Ovens has participated in many shows and has received several awards including 3rd place in the 2009 Open Studio National Printmaking Awards. She has exhibited at David Kaye Gallery with her first solo show, Lost City Archives, in the fall of 2010 and Memory Box Series, a two person show, in June 2011. In the fall of 2011, she had a solo show, Temporal Passage: Recent Works on Paper at Open Studio's George Gilmour Members' Gallery. Loree Ovens is represented by both the David Kaye Gallery & Open Studio in Toronto.
