Liz Menard received a BA from McMaster University in 1981 and a Master of Education from the University of Toronto in 2005. Inspired by an AGO exhibition that included the etchings of Rembrandt and Whistler, Liz enrolled in a class at Open Studio (1997). Since that time, she has printed at Open Studio. Liz has exhibited in solo and group shows including: 20 Questions, George Gilmour Member’s Gallery, (2009); Get Lit!, Toronto Arts Council (2009); The Print Show, John B. Aird Gallery, Toronto (2009); World Washi Summit, Proof Gallery, Toronto, (2008); Ephemerals, George Gilmour Member’s Gallery, (2007) and The Print Exchange, Ink Spot, Ithaca, New York (2007).
