How to Register

Fees must be paid in full at time of registration. Payment of fees is the only way to reserve a spot. You can provide us with your contact and payment information by mail, email or by phone. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, Visa or MasterCard only. Please note that class size is limited, so register early. In the case of insufficient enrollment, Open Studio reserves the right to cancel a course or workshop two days prior to the start date. If you must withdraw from a course or workshop, Open Studio must be notified three business days before the course or workshop begins in order to receive a refund, less a cancellation fee of $20. If a student withdraws from a 4-week or 8-week course within 10 days of the first class, a refund of 50% will be issued. After this withdrawal period, we regret that refunds cannot be issued. Open Studio is not able to provide make-up classes or substitutions. Deadline for enrollment in all classes or workshops is 5 business days before the start date. All courses and workshops take place at Open Studio, 401 Richmond Street West, Suite 104, Toronto, Ontario.
