Allison Chang

Allison Chang studied sociology at the University of Western Ontario. Allison’s professional pursuits are inspired by personal interests and issues. Her interest in cuisine began as a Food and Beverage Manager at a golf and country club, which led her to attend Chef school and to her current role with Provincial Fine Foods. A diagnosis of Crohn’s Disease led to her involvement with the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada; Allison was Vice-President of the London, ON, chapter for many years, and established a very successful annual golf tournament—the Thames OK Tire Charity Golf Classic—now in its tenth year. Her involvement with the health sector led to a position as a Diagnostics Sales Representative with Roche for 8 years prior to joining Provincial Fine Foods.

Allison and her husband share a love of travel, art and cuisine. Since 2006, they have been active members of the Curator’s Circle at the AGO and Allison has served as Co-chair of Open Studio’s 100 Prints committee for the past two years.
